What RUFFIN stores

The numbers you type: budgets, balances, debts, expenses, dates and names you enter. RUFFIN never asks for bank logins, account numbers, Social Security numbers or card numbers, and it does not connect to your bank.

Where it lives

Local mode: only in your browser on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere. Clearing your browser data deletes it.

Signed in: your plan is also saved to our database (hosted by Supabase) under your account so you can open it on other devices. Only your account can read it; database rules enforce this. We do not sell or share it.

Email

Used only to sign you in and to send sign-in links or password resets.

Payments

Handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.

Analytics and ads

None.

Your rights

Export everything any time (Settings → Export backup). Delete everything with Settings → Clear all data; signed-in users can ask us to delete the account and we will.
